Abstract

Annotatsiya:Zamonaviy vinochilikda suslani fermentatsiyasining uchta asosiy usuli qo'llaniladi : statsionar (uzlukli), to'ldiriluvchi va uzluksiz. Birinchisi bu ma'lum hajmdagi susla bir tankda (uskuna) boshidan oxirigacha achitilganligi.Bu maqsadlar uchun qoida tariqasida oddiy tanklar qo'llaniladi, armatura va jihozlar bilan jihozlangan. .[1]
