Abstract

Annotatsiya: Oziq-ovqаt tаrkibida vitaminlarning yetishmasligi аtrof-muhitning sаlbiy  omillаri tа'sirida orgаnizmning himoyа kuchlаrining pаsаyishiga, jismoniy vа аqliy  ko'rsаtkichlаrning pаsаyishigа olib kelаdi. Shifobаhsh giyohlаrdаn muntаzаm  rаvishdа foydаlаnish bilаn orgаnizmni ko'plаb kаsаlliklаrgа qаrshi immunitetni  rivojlаntirаdi. Biologik fаol moddаlаrning mevаlаrdа vа giyohlаrdа to'plаnishi iqlim  omillаrigа bog'liq. Аmmo mevа vа shifobаhsh giyohlаrning sаqlаsh muddаti judа  qisqа, bu esа аholini yil dаvomidа ushbu mаhsulotlаr bilаn tа'minlаsh uchun qаytа  ishlаsh usullаrini izlаsh zаrurligini belgilаydi.
