Annotation: The article discusses the pedagogical and psychological aspects of the development of professional deformation in military personnel. The pedogical and psychological factors that affect the occurrence of professional deformation are highlighted. The factors that affect the professional disruption of military personnel, the many years of service, and the environment in the workplace are interrupted.
