ozuqaviy tarkib, xavfsizlik va hissiy xususiyatlar kabi turli jihatlarga e'tibor qaratilgan.
U mavjud adabiyotlarni ko'rib chiqadi, oziq-ovqat sifatini baholash metodologiyasini
muhokama qiladi, empirik topilmalarni taqdim etadi va oziq-ovqat sifati standartlarini
yaxshilash bo'yicha takliflar bilan yakunlanadi.
