Abstract. Aphorisms are researched as a paremiological unit, based on the scientific-theoretical aspects of their relation to neighboring units, the content of the concepts of historical and gradual development of aphorisms is revealed through the analysis of scientific literature, and their different aspects in the semantic field and their theoretical and scientific foundations are analyzed in this article.
