Аннотация

Askorbin kislotasi. 0,3g tabletka kukuni 100ml hajmli o‘lchov kolbasiga solinadi,
eritmaning hajmi suv bilan belgilangan belgiga to‘g‘rilanadi, aralashtiriladi va
filtrlanadi, dastlabki 10ml tukib tashlanadi. Olingan eritmadan 10ml 100 ml hajmli
konussimon kolbaga solinadi, unga 1ml 2% li xlorid kislota eritmasi, 0,5ml 1% li kaliy
yodid eritmasi, 2 ml 0,5% kraxmal eritmasi, umumiy miqdorgacha suv solinadi. Hajmi
20ml ga teng va kaliy yod eritmasi (0,0167 mol/l) bilan doimiy och ko‘k rang paydo
bo‘lguncha titrlanadi.
