Abstract
Abstract: This article is dedicated to analyzing the mother image in English and
Uzbek literature in the example of two works: ”Little Women” by Louisa May Alcott
and ”World Affairs” by O'tkir Hoshimov. Their special features, similarities, and
differences are compared in this paper. Some methods and materials are indicated to
compare these two literary works.
