Annotatsiya: Plazmidlar genetik materialni sun'iy rekonstruksiya qilish bo'yicha tajribalar uchun qulay model bo'lib, rekombinant shtammlarni olish uchun gen muhandisligida keng qo'llaniladi. Plazmidlar bakteriya hujayrasining hayoti uchun muhim bo'lmagan, ammo noqulay yashash sharoitlariga duchor bo'lganda bakteriyaga afzallik beradigan funktsiyalarni kodlaydi.
