Ichki ishlar sohasida ish bilan bog‘liq murakkab savollarga to‘g ‘ri va aniq javob berish uchun samarali muloqot qobiliyatlariga bo‘lgan ehtiyoj juda muhimdir. Ushbu maqolada ichki ishlar xodimlarining jamiyatdagi nizolarni hal qilishda samarali muloqot qilishi muhimligi haqida qisqacha fikr yuritiladi.
