Abstract
Environmental problems are one of the basic global threats to international
security now. The basic environmental problems are the reduction of an ozone cloud,
global warming, pollution of the atmosphere, greenhouse effect, pollution of the World
Ocean, and reduction of a variety of the biological kinds living on the Earth. In present
article the reasons, consequences and approaches to the decision of these problems are
considered.
